The Golden Gala is FavourFound's signature formal matchmaking experience, designed for Christian singles who are ready to explore intentional connections.

This is more than a formal dinner. Before the event, the FavourFound matchmaking team reviews eligible participants and considers compatibility based on the information available, including faith, values, relationship goals, and stated preferences.

On the night, each participant receives a golden envelope containing the names of two attendees whom the matchmaking team believes may be worth getting to know.

Your task? Meet them, share a conversation, and discover what you might have in common.

It's matchmaking brought into the room—thoughtfully prepared, with a touch of mystery and an elegant evening to enjoy.

During the evening, you'll have the opportunity to meet and engage in conversation with the two people identified for you. The aim is to move beyond profiles and create space for a genuine first impression.

A Formal Evening

Enjoy an elegant setting designed for fellowship, conversation, and intentional connection.

Your Golden Envelope

Receive an envelope containing two names selected by the FavourFound matchmaking team based on its compatibility assessment.

Food and Fellowship

Your ticket includes a three-course meal and refreshments, giving you time to relax and enjoy the evening.

Matchmaking in Action

The gala brings the matchmaking process into a shared social experience. The introductions are thoughtfully planned, but genuine compatibility can only be explored by the people involved.

Who Can Attend?

The Golden Gala is exclusively for eligible Christian singles who are in the FavourFound database.

To participate, you must:

Apply to join the FavourFound database if you are not already a member.
Complete the required identity verification and screening process.
Request consideration for the gala and complete the required matchmaking steps.
Purchase your ticket within the specified deadline.

Tickets must be purchased at least one month before the event to give the matchmaking team time to review participants and prepare the introductions. Any earlier event-specific deadline will be stated in the ticket listing.

Joining the database does not automatically secure a place at the gala or guarantee that you will receive a particular introduction.

Yes. The Golden Gala is a designated matchmaking event for eligible members of the FavourFound database. General event registration alone is not sufficient.

How does the golden envelope work?

They are social events focused on faith, friendship, food, and fellowship—not structured matchmaking. Romantic connections are possible, but they are not promised or required.

Am I guaranteed to find a match?

No. The gala provides planned introductions, not guaranteed compatibility, mutual interest, a relationship, or marriage.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes admission to the event, a three-course meal, and refreshments. Any additional inclusions will be stated in the ticket listing.

When must I buy my ticket?

At least one month before the event, so the matchmaking team has time to prepare. Check the event listing for the confirmed deadline.
