TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

1. PREAMBLE & ACCEPTANCE

These General Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between FavourFound Kingdom Matchmaking Ministry, owned and operated by Jahnae West ("FavourFound," "we," "us," or "Service Provider"), and any individual who accesses, purchases, submits a profile for, or participates in FavourFound services ("Client," "Member," "Candidate," or "you").

By submitting a profile, purchasing a coaching package, purchasing an event ticket, participating as a Candidate, purchasing matchmaking services, making payment, or otherwise engaging with FavourFound services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any service-specific agreement or policy applicable to your purchase.

Where a separate written service agreement applies, that agreement governs the specific service purchased. These Terms apply generally to all FavourFound services unless expressly superseded by the applicable service agreement.

2. ELIGIBILITY, REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By participating in FavourFound services, you represent and warrant that:

2.1 Age

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

2.2 Marital Status

You are legally single.

For purposes of FavourFound services, "legally single" means never married, widowed, or legally divorced with a final decree of dissolution.

Individuals who are separated but not legally divorced are not eligible for matchmaking services until a final divorce decree has been issued.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided to FavourFound, whether verbally, electronically, in writing, through forms, during interviews, or through other communications, is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.

You agree to promptly notify FavourFound of any material change in your circumstances or relationship status.

2.4 Criminal & Safeguarding Disclosure

You agree to disclose any criminal history or other information that may materially affect eligibility or safeguarding.

FavourFound may require identity verification, police records, background checks, or other reasonable safeguarding measures before providing certain services.

2.5 Christian Ministry Alignment

FavourFound is a Christian matchmaking ministry and operates according to its stated Christian values.

Participation requires respectful alignment with FavourFound's stated values concerning intentional dating, marriage, sexual integrity, personal responsibility, and the biblical understanding of marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman.

2.6 Identity Verification

You consent to reasonable identity-verification procedures, which may include:

Government-issued identification;
Video verification;
Verification of contact information;
Review of information submitted by you; and
Other reasonable verification measures appropriate to the service.

FavourFound may suspend or terminate participation where information provided is materially false, misleading, fraudulent, or unverifiable.

3. FAVOURFOUND SERVICES

FavourFound may provide several different services. The scope of services depends upon the service purchased or participation status.

3.1 Free Candidates

A Free Candidate may be included in FavourFound's passive candidate database for potential matchmaking purposes.

Free Candidate status:

Does not include coaching;
Does not include active matchmaking;
Does not guarantee an introduction;
Does not guarantee that FavourFound will contact the Candidate;
Does not guarantee that the Candidate will be presented to a Premium Client.

FavourFound may contact a Free Candidate if the Matchmaker identifies a potentially appropriate opportunity.

A Free Candidate may be required to complete identity verification, background screening, or other safeguarding procedures before an introduction.

3.2 Coaching-Only Clients — ALIGN™

The ALIGN™ Relationship Coaching Program generally includes:

Five (5) private one-on-one coaching sessions;
Approximately 60–90 minutes per session;
Secure video-call delivery;
ALIGN™ Client Workbook;
Deep Dive Assessment;
Reflection and action assignments; and
Relationship-readiness preparation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, coaching does not include matchmaking services.

Coaching is educational and consultative in nature. It is not psychotherapy, clinical counseling, medical treatment, or mental-health care.

3.3 Premium Matchmaking Clients

Premium Matchmaking is governed primarily by the applicable Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement.

The Premium Matchmaking service generally consists of:

Phase One — ALIGN™ Preparation

Five-week relationship coaching;
Deep Dive Assessment;
Onboarding;
Relationship-readiness assessment; and
Required safeguarding procedures.

Phase Two — MATCH & CONNECT™

Active candidate recruitment;
Screening and identity verification;
Match presentation;
Introduction coordination;
Date Concierge Support;
Pre-date and post-date support;
CONNECT™ relationship-discernment framework;
CONNECT™ Checkpoint Meetings; and
Applicable FavourFound client benefits.

The specific scope, fees, guarantees, timelines, holds, termination provisions, and other obligations are governed by the applicable Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement.

4. MATCHMAKER DISCRETION

FavourFound retains professional discretion regarding:

Candidate selection;
Match suitability;
Timing of introductions;
Pacing of the matchmaking process;
Screening outcomes;
Whether a candidate is appropriate for presentation;
Whether a Client is sufficiently prepared to participate;
Whether additional preparation is reasonably required; and
Whether continued participation is appropriate for safety, conduct, or program-integrity reasons.

FavourFound does not guarantee that any particular person will be introduced to a Client.

FavourFound prioritizes compatibility, safety, faith alignment, relationship intentions, and meaningful suitability over quantity or speed.

5. FEES, PAYMENT & COMMENCEMENT

5.1 Nature of Fees

Fees paid to FavourFound compensate the Service Provider for professional time, coaching, intellectual property, administration, candidate recruitment, screening, matchmaking services, and related services.

Fees are not contingent upon chemistry, attraction, exclusivity, engagement, marriage, or any other relationship outcome.

5.2 Payment Plans

Available payment options vary according to the service purchased.

The applicable service agreement, invoice, checkout page, or written payment arrangement will establish the payment schedule applicable to the Client.

5.3 Payment Obligations

Payments must be made according to the applicable payment schedule.

Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension of services.

For Premium Matchmaking Clients, payment default and termination are governed by the Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement.

5.4 Service Commencement

A service may be considered legally accepted when the Client submits an electronic acceptance, signs an applicable agreement, or makes payment.

Operational commencement occurs when FavourFound begins delivering the purchased service, which may include onboarding, scheduling, delivery of workbooks, assessments, coaching, matchmaking preparation, or other service activities.

6. APPOINTMENTS, ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING

6.1 Scheduling Responsibility

Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments using the booking system or other scheduling method provided by FavourFound.

6.2 Rescheduling

Unless a specific service agreement provides otherwise, coaching or consultation sessions should be rescheduled with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session.

6.3 Lateness

A Client who arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes late without prior communication may be treated as a No-Show.

Where a session is forfeited, the Client remains responsible for any applicable fee.

6.4 Life Happens Pass

Where included in the applicable coaching or matchmaking package, the Client may receive one (1) complimentary "Life Happens" rescheduling opportunity.

The specific conditions and duration of any such extension are governed by the applicable service agreement.

7. MATCHMAKING HOLDS & SERVICE TERM

Premium Matchmaking Clients may be eligible for a Membership Hold in accordance with the applicable Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing:

Holds must be requested in writing;
Qualifying circumstances may include travel, hospitalization, bereavement, significant employment circumstances, or other circumstances approved by FavourFound;
Holds are subject to applicable limits;
Holds do not automatically extend the contractual service term.

Twelve-Month Hard Stop

Where the Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement applies, all services, holds, dating periods, CONNECT™ participation, introduction guarantees, and extensions remain subject to the twelve (12) month Hard Stop stated in that Agreement.

No hold or dating period creates an entitlement to services beyond the contractual maximum term.

8. MATCHMAKING INTRODUCTIONS

Where a Minimum Introduction Guarantee applies, the definition of a qualifying introduction is determined by the applicable Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement.

Generally, an introduction requires mutual interest and agreement to meet, with the first date being officially scheduled and confirmed.

A date that occurs but does not result in chemistry or continued dating may still count as a qualifying introduction.

Cancellations, ghosting, or failure to meet before the scheduled first date generally do not count where the applicable agreement provides otherwise.

The introduction guarantee is not a guarantee of chemistry, attraction, compatibility, continued dating, exclusivity, engagement, marriage, or any other relationship outcome.

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & CODE OF CONDUCT

Clients and Candidates agree to:

Provide truthful and complete information;
Communicate respectfully;
Attend scheduled appointments;
Respond to reasonable communications;
Respect personal boundaries;
Respect the confidentiality of other participants;
Follow reasonable safety guidance;
Participate honestly in feedback and assessments;
Treat FavourFound staff, Matches, Candidates, vendors, and other participants respectfully.

Prohibited Conduct

The following may constitute grounds for suspension or termination:

Harassment;
Threats or intimidation;
Abusive conduct;
Sexual harassment or inappropriate sexual advances;
Dishonesty or material misrepresentation;
Fraudulent activity;
Manipulation or coercive behavior;
Repeated disrespect;
Violation of confidentiality;
Sharing another person's private information without authorization;
Conduct that creates a material safety or reputational risk; or
Other serious misconduct.

Termination for serious misconduct may occur without refund, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable service agreement.

10. DATE & MATCHMAKING READINESS

FavourFound may recommend additional coaching or preparation where reasonably necessary to support safe and productive participation.

This may include additional coaching relating to:

Communication;
Dating etiquette;
Emotional readiness;
Presentation;
Relationship expectations;
Boundaries;
Conflict management; or
Other practical dating skills.

Where an additional program such as EQUIP™ is recommended, its terms and fees will be communicated separately.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

Clients and Candidates must maintain the confidentiality of personal information obtained through FavourFound.

You may not, without appropriate consent:

Screenshot Match profiles;
Publish profiles or photographs;
Forward private communications;
Share contact information;
Distribute personal information;
Post Match information on social media; or
Otherwise disclose confidential information obtained through FavourFound.

This obligation continues after participation in FavourFound services ends.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All FavourFound intellectual property remains the property of Jahnae West and/or FavourFound, including:

ALIGN™;
CONNECT™;
EQUIP™;
Workbooks;
Assessments;
Coaching materials;
Frameworks;
Processes;
Methodologies;
Written content;
Training materials; and
Other proprietary resources.

Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided to them solely for personal participation in the applicable program.

Without written permission, Clients may not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, publish, license, commercially share, or create derivative programs from FavourFound proprietary materials.

13. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

FavourFound will take reasonable measures to protect Client and Candidate information.

Information may be collected and used for:

Matchmaking;
Coaching;
Identity verification;
Safeguarding;
Program administration;
Communication;
Service improvement;
Event administration; and
Legal or contractual purposes.

Information may be disclosed where:

The individual provides consent;
Disclosure is necessary to provide a requested service;
Disclosure is required by law; or
Disclosure is reasonably necessary to address a safety or safeguarding concern.

FavourFound does not sell Client information for commercial purposes.

Further information is contained in the FavourFound Privacy Policy.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES

FavourFound does not guarantee:

Chemistry;
Mutual attraction;
Compatibility;
Continued dating;
Exclusivity;
Engagement;
Marriage;
Children;
A particular Match;
A particular number of relationships; or
Any other personal relationship outcome.

FavourFound provides structured opportunities, preparation, matchmaking services, and relationship guidance. The ultimate outcome of any relationship remains outside FavourFound's control.

15. PERSONAL SAFETY & LIABILITY

Dating involves inherent interpersonal, emotional, and physical risks.

Clients are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and safety precautions when interacting with Matches or other participants.

FavourFound may conduct identity verification and screening, but no screening process can guarantee that an individual will behave appropriately in the future or that all relevant information will be discovered.

Clients are encouraged to:

Meet in public places;
Inform a trusted person of their plans;
Arrange their own transportation where appropriate;
Maintain appropriate personal boundaries; and
Report safety concerns promptly to FavourFound.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FavourFound is not responsible for independent conduct, decisions, or actions of Clients, Candidates, Matches, vendors, or other third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct where applicable.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & VENDORS

FavourFound may refer Clients to third-party professionals, including photographers, stylists, counselors, coaches, financial professionals, trainers, or other service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

The third party is an independent service provider;
The Client contracts directly with the provider;
The Client pays the provider directly;
FavourFound does not guarantee the provider's availability, pricing, quality, suitability, or results.

FavourFound is not responsible for disputes arising between a Client and an independent third-party provider.

17. EVENTS

Event tickets and event participation are subject to the terms communicated for the specific event.

Event tickets may be subject to separate:

Ticketing terms;
Cancellation policies;
Venue rules;
Refund policies;
Capacity restrictions; and
Safety requirements.

Participation in a FavourFound event does not guarantee a Match, date, relationship, or romantic outcome.

18. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund eligibility depends upon the service purchased and the applicable service agreement or published refund policy.

Where a Premium Matchmaking Client Agreement applies, its refund provisions govern.

Unless otherwise expressly stated or required by applicable law, payment for services already delivered, commenced, or properly forfeited is non-refundable.

No refund is generally provided merely because:

A Client dislikes a Match;
Chemistry is absent;
A relationship ends;
A Client changes their mind;
A Client becomes dissatisfied with the process; or
A desired relationship outcome does not occur.

19. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

FavourFound may suspend or terminate participation where a Client or Candidate:

Breaches these Terms;
Breaches an applicable service agreement;
Provides materially false information;
Fails required safeguarding procedures;
Fails to make required payments;
Engages in serious misconduct;
Violates confidentiality;
Creates a material safety risk; or
Otherwise materially interferes with the proper operation of the service.

Termination does not automatically create a refund obligation.

Where a separate service agreement contains specific termination provisions, those provisions will govern.

20. FORCE MAJEURE

FavourFound shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, hurricanes, fire, flooding, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, internet outages, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

FavourFound will make reasonable efforts to resume affected services when circumstances permit.

21. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreement, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Liability & Disclaimer Policy, and other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the contractual framework governing the applicable FavourFound service.

Where a specific service agreement conflicts with these General Terms & Conditions, the specific service agreement will control for that service.

22. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.

The Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Where appropriate, the Parties may attempt mediation through the Jamaica Dispute Resolution Foundation (JDRF) or another mutually agreed accredited mediator before commencing formal legal proceedings, where legally permissible.

Nothing in this provision prevents either Party from seeking urgent legal relief where necessary.
