LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & DISCLAIMER

1. INTRODUCTION This Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Disclaimer Policy ("Waiver") outlines the specific limitations of liability regarding the services provided by FavourFound Kingdom Matchmaking Ministry ("FavourFound," "we," or "us"). By engaging our services, purchasing a ticket, or participating in our database, you ("the Client") acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME OR CHEMISTRY

2.1 Service vs. Outcome The Client acknowledges that FavourFound provides a professional service consisting of coaching, vetting, and introductions. We do not sell, nor can we guarantee, a relationship, marriage, or emotional connection. Fees paid to FavourFound are for the process of matchmaking and coaching, not for the outcome of those efforts.

2.2 Subjective Nature of Attraction Attraction and chemistry are highly subjective and unpredictable. While FavourFound utilizes its best efforts to match Clients based on stated preferences and biblical values, we make no warranty, express or implied, that:

• A match will find the Client attractive;

• The Client will find a match attractive; or

• A first date will result in a second date or a committed relationship.

2.3 Fulfillment of Obligations For the purposes of the Premium Matchmaking Service, the Client agrees that FavourFound’s contractual obligation is considered fully rendered and satisfied once the guaranteed number of Qualified Introductions (e.g., three mutual matches) has been presented and scheduled, regardless of whether the Client chooses to pursue a relationship with any of the introduced individuals.

3. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES AND SCOPE OF PRACTICE

3.1 Not Mental Health Counseling The Client acknowledges that services provided by FavourFound, including the ALIGN™ Coaching Curriculum, are administrative, educational, and consultative in nature. These services do not constitute mental health counseling, clinical psychology, psychiatric care, or medical advice.

3.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Care FavourFound’s coaching is designed for personal development and relationship readiness. It is not a substitute for professional therapy. If the Client is suffering from deep-seated trauma, mental illness, or emotional instability, FavourFound strongly recommends seeking the assistance of a licensed mental health professional.

4. BACKGROUND CHECKS AND VERIFICATION LIMITATIONS

4.1 Authorization The Client hereby authorizes FavourFound to conduct due diligence, including but not limited to social media reviews, identity verification, and public record searches.

4.2 Scope of Checks For Matchmaking Clients, FavourFound requires the submission of a Police Record. Our verification process generally covers:

• Publicly available criminal records within Jamaica;

• Government-issued Identity Verification; and

• Self-reported relationship status verification.

4.3 Limitation of Liability Regarding Checks The Client acknowledges that background checks are limited by the accuracy of public records and the honesty of the individual. FavourFound cannot and does not guarantee that a candidate has no criminal history, behavioral issues, or character flaws that are not reflected in public records. FavourFound assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of public records.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

5.1 Inherent Risks The Client understands and acknowledges that meeting new people, whether online or in-person, carries inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, emotional distress, dishonesty by other members, physical injury, or property damage.

5.2 Voluntary Participation The Client agrees that their participation in introductions, dates, and events is entirely voluntary. The Client assumes full and sole responsibility for their personal safety and well-being during all interactions with other members.

5.3 Duty of Care The Client agrees to exercise reasonable caution, wisdom, and discernment. This includes meeting in public places, informing friends or family of their whereabouts, and arranging their own transportation.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

6.1 Release To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Jamaica, the Client hereby irrevocably releases, waives, and discharges FavourFound Kingdom Matchmaking Ministry, its owner (Jahnae West), officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Client, or to any property belonging to the Client, while participating in our services.

6.2 Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FavourFound and its agents from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims of any nature (including legal fees) arising from or relating to:

• The Client's breach of the Terms of Service;

• The Client's negligence or misconduct; or

• Any injury or damage caused by the Client to a third party during a date or event.

7. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT By submitting an application, purchasing a service, or clicking "I Agree," the Client acknowledges that this Waiver constitutes a legally binding agreement. The Client agrees that their electronic acceptance is the legal equivalent of a manual signature and consents to be legally bound by this Waiver's terms and conditions.
