LIABILITY WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & DISCLAIMER

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer ("Waiver") forms part of the terms governing services provided by FavourFound Kingdom Matchmaking Ministry, owned and operated by Jahnae West ("FavourFound," "we," "us," or "Service Provider").

This Waiver applies to individuals who participate in FavourFound matchmaking, coaching, events, introductions, the FavourFound candidate database, CONNECT™, or other services provided by FavourFound.

By submitting an application, purchasing a service or event ticket, participating in matchmaking or coaching, submitting a profile, or electronically accepting this Waiver, you ("Client," "Member," "Candidate," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to its terms.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES & NO GUARANTEE OF RELATIONSHIP OUTCOME

2.1 Process, Not Outcome

FavourFound provides relationship-readiness coaching, matchmaking, candidate sourcing, screening, introductions, dating guidance, and related services.

The Client acknowledges that FavourFound provides a process designed to facilitate meaningful connections, not a guaranteed relationship outcome.

FavourFound does not guarantee:

Mutual attraction;
Chemistry;
A second date;
Continued dating;
Exclusivity;
Engagement;
Marriage;
Children;
A specific relationship outcome; or
Any particular timeline for achieving these outcomes.

Fees paid to FavourFound are compensation for professional services, time, intellectual property, administration, coaching, candidate sourcing, screening, and matchmaking activities—not payment for a guaranteed romantic result.

2.2 Subjective Nature of Compatibility

Compatibility and attraction are inherently subjective. Although FavourFound uses its professional judgment and stated screening criteria to identify potentially compatible candidates, no matchmaking process can accurately predict how two individuals will respond to one another personally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, or romantically.

A Client may therefore be introduced to a person who meets documented compatibility criteria but with whom the Client or Match ultimately determines there is insufficient chemistry or compatibility.

3. MATCHMAKING GUARANTEE & LIMITATION

3.1 Qualified Introduction Guarantee

Where applicable under the Client's Matchmaking Agreement, FavourFound provides a minimum guarantee of three (3) Qualified Introductions during the applicable Active Search period, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in the Terms & Conditions and Matchmaking Agreement.

A Qualified Introduction requires the applicable mutual approval process to occur and a first date to be officially scheduled.

3.2 What the Guarantee Does Not Mean

The introduction guarantee does not guarantee:

Three successful relationships;
Three relationships that continue beyond the first date;
Mutual attraction;
Chemistry;
Exclusivity;
Engagement; or
Marriage.

A scheduled date that takes place but does not result in chemistry or continued dating may still constitute a Qualified Introduction under the applicable Matchmaking Agreement.

3.3 Client Participation

The introduction guarantee is conditional upon the Client remaining eligible, responsive, cooperative, reasonably available, truthful, and willing to participate in the matchmaking process.

FavourFound may suspend or terminate matchmaking services in accordance with the Terms & Conditions where the Client's conduct, repeated unreasonable rejection of suitable candidates, inactivity, refusal to cooperate, or refusal of reasonable corrective support materially interferes with the matchmaking process.

3.4 Twelve-Month Hard Stop

All matchmaking obligations, introduction guarantees, Holds, dating periods, CONNECT™ participation, and service extensions remain subject to the twelve (12) month Hard Stop established in the Terms & Conditions and applicable Matchmaking Agreement.

No introduction guarantee, Hold, dating relationship, or other service arrangement creates an obligation for FavourFound to provide services beyond the twelve-month contractual service period.

4. PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES & SCOPE OF PRACTICE

4.1 Coaching Is Not Clinical Care

FavourFound's ALIGN™ coaching, CONNECT™ framework, EQUIP™ coaching, and related services are educational, developmental, administrative, and consultative in nature.

They do not constitute:

Medical care;
Psychiatric care;
Psychological treatment;
Clinical therapy;
Mental health counseling;
Crisis intervention; or
Professional medical or mental-health advice.

4.2 Responsibility for Professional Care

Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional assistance where their circumstances require medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other specialized care.

FavourFound may recommend that a Client seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional where doing so appears reasonably appropriate.

Such a recommendation does not create a therapeutic, clinical, fiduciary, or professional treatment relationship between FavourFound and the Client.

5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & BACKGROUND CHECK LIMITATIONS

5.1 Verification

FavourFound may conduct identity verification, review information supplied by candidates, conduct reasonable due diligence, and use publicly available information as part of its safeguarding and matchmaking processes.

Premium Matchmaking Clients are required to submit a valid Police Record/Background Check before entering Phase Two, as specified in the applicable Matchmaking Agreement.

5.2 Limitations

The Client understands that no screening process can guarantee that an individual has no undisclosed:

Criminal history;
Behavioral concerns;
Mental-health concerns;
Relationship history;
Financial difficulties;
Character concerns;
Misrepresentations; or
Future misconduct.

FavourFound relies in part on information supplied by individuals and information reasonably available through applicable verification processes.

FavourFound does not warrant that any public record, Police Record, identity document, social-media profile, or other information is complete, accurate, current, or free from error.

5.3 No Guarantee of Future Conduct

Identity verification and screening are intended to reduce foreseeable risks. They do not guarantee the future conduct, honesty, character, safety, or intentions of any Client, Candidate, Match, vendor, event attendee, or other third party.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

6.1 Inherent Risks

The Client acknowledges that interacting with people through matchmaking, dating, coaching activities, online communication, or events involves inherent risks.

These may include, without limitation:

Emotional distress;
Disappointment;
Rejection;
Misrepresentation or dishonesty by another person;
Harassment;
Unwanted communication;
Physical injury;
Theft or property damage;
Sexual misconduct;
Personal safety risks; and
Other foreseeable or unforeseeable interpersonal risks.

6.2 Voluntary Participation

Participation in introductions, dates, events, and interactions with Matches is voluntary.

The Client is responsible for independently deciding whether to communicate with, meet, date, continue seeing, or discontinue contact with another individual.

6.3 Personal Safety

The Client agrees to exercise reasonable care and personal discernment, including:

Meeting new Matches in appropriate public locations;
Informing a trusted person of their plans;
Maintaining control of their own transportation where reasonably possible;
Avoiding sharing unnecessary personal or financial information;
Leaving an interaction if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable; and
Promptly reporting serious safety concerns to FavourFound and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities.

FavourFound's safety guidance does not replace the Client's personal responsibility for safety decisions.

7. EVENTS & GROUP ACTIVITIES

FavourFound may host Christian singles mixers, VIP events, workshops, activities, outings, and other group experiences.

Participation in such activities is voluntary and carries inherent risks associated with travel, venues, food, physical activities, interaction with other attendees, and third-party service providers.

The Client accepts responsibility for their participation and agrees to follow reasonable event rules, safety instructions, and venue requirements.

Where an event involves a third-party venue, transportation provider, caterer, activity provider, or other vendor, the Client acknowledges that such third parties operate independently of FavourFound.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & VENDORS

FavourFound may provide referrals to or information about third-party professionals, including photographers, stylists, counselors, coaches, trainers, financial professionals, venues, transportation providers, or other service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Third-party services are not provided by FavourFound;
The Client contracts directly with the third-party provider;
The Client is responsible for payment to the provider;
FavourFound does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, suitability, or outcome of third-party services; and
FavourFound is not responsible for disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the Client's relationship with a third-party provider, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Jamaica, the Client releases and agrees not to hold FavourFound Kingdom Matchmaking Ministry, Jahnae West, and their respective contractors, agents, representatives, and service providers liable for losses, claims, injuries, damages, or relationship outcomes arising from:

The independent conduct or decisions of a Match, Candidate, Client, or event attendee;
Dating or interpersonal interactions;
Emotional disappointment or relationship breakdown;
Lack of chemistry or attraction;
Misrepresentation by another participant;
Personal decisions made by the Client;
Participation in voluntary events or activities; or
Third-party services.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Jamaican law, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other circumstances where exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

The Client agrees to take responsibility for their own conduct and decisions throughout their participation in FavourFound services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FavourFound and Jahnae West from claims, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising from:

The Client's breach of the Terms & Conditions;
The Client's negligence or misconduct;
The Client's violation of another person's rights;
The Client's unauthorized disclosure of confidential Match information; or
Injury or damage caused by the Client to another person or their property.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROTECTION OF MATCH INFORMATION

The Client acknowledges that matchmaking involves confidential personal information.

The Client agrees not to screenshot, copy, publish, forward, distribute, sell, or otherwise disclose a Match's:

Profile;
Photographs;
Contact information;
Personal information;
Employment information;
Family information; or
Other confidential information

without the Match's permission or as otherwise authorized by FavourFound.

A breach of confidentiality may constitute a material breach of the Client's Agreement and may result in termination without refund.

12. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By submitting an application, purchasing a service or event ticket, submitting a profile, participating in FavourFound services, or selecting an electronic acceptance option, the Client acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Waiver.

Electronic acceptance is intended to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Waiver shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.

Any dispute arising from this Waiver shall be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions contained in FavourFound's Terms & Conditions.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Waiver is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

15. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By engaging with FavourFound, the Client acknowledges that:

Matchmaking involves uncertainty and interpersonal risk;
FavourFound cannot guarantee chemistry, attraction, dating, engagement, marriage, or any other relationship outcome;
Screening and background checks reduce but do not eliminate risk;
The Client remains responsible for their own safety and decisions;
FavourFound's coaching services are not mental-health or medical treatment;
Third-party providers operate independently of FavourFound;
The Client is responsible for complying with FavourFound's Terms & Conditions and confidentiality requirements; and
All applicable service obligations remain subject to the twelve-month contractual Hard Stop.
