The Free Candidate Pathway

Free membership

For Christian singles who want to be considered for compatible introductions without purchasing active matchmaking.

1. Submit the general application.

2. Complete the initial review and identity verification call.

3. Complete your Candidate Deep Dive.

4. Once your profile is approved and complete, remain eligible for consideration for suitable introductions.

Free membership does not include active headhunting, guaranteed introductions, or a guaranteed match.

Premium Matchmaking

Paid Service

For Christian singles seeking a more active, personalised matchmaking service.

1. Complete the initial application and required verification steps.

2. Attend your discovery call and review the service expectations.

3. Complete payment and onboarding.

4. Complete the five-week one-on-one ALIGN™ preparation programme.

5. Begin active matchmaking once the required steps are completed.

Premium clients are subject to the required background-check process, including police documentation as specified by FavourFound.

Paid Service

For individuals who want to strengthen their readiness and dating skills, whether or not they are ready for active matchmaking.

SAFETY

How We Approach Safety and Verification.

Intentional matchmaking requires more than exchanging profiles. We use defined procedures to help verify identities, review applications, and make thoughtful decisions about potential introductions.

Identity verification

Applicants complete a brief, approximately 15-minute video call with a member of our team. We compare the applicant's appearance with their official identification and review relevant information.

Please do not send copies of your government-issued ID through WhatsApp or ordinary email; follow the designated verification process.

Application and profile review

We review the information applicants provide, including their faith, values, relationship intentions, and readiness for the process.

Further discussion takes place during the relevant intake or deep-dive stage.

Background checks

Background checks, including police documentation, are required for premium matchmaking clients under our current process.

They may also be requested for free candidates when circumstances warrant.

We explain the applicable requirements during onboarding.

Thoughtful introductions

We consider compatibility and the information available to us before facilitating an introduction.

Both individuals remain responsible for assessing the relationship, asking questions, establishing boundaries, and making their own decisions.

Identity verification and background checks are safeguards, not guarantees. They cannot establish every aspect of a person's character or predict future behaviour. We encourage all members to exercise sound judgment, meet in appropriate public places, and communicate concerns promptly.

Is FavourFound free to join?

Yes. Free Candidate membership is available, but it does not include active matchmaking or guarantee introductions. Premium Matchmaking includes active, intentional matchmaking and guided preparation.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification helps us confirm that applicants are who they say they are and supports a more trustworthy matchmaking community.

Will my profile be visible to the public?

No. Your profile is not publicly displayed. Relevant details may be shared with a potential match as part of the introduction process, while your contact information and exact address remain private unless the required mutual consent is obtained.

Do background checks guarantee someone's safety?

No. Background checks and identity verification are important safeguards, but they cannot eliminate every risk or guarantee someone's character or behaviour. We encourage continued discernment and sensible dating safety practices.

Does FavourFound guarantee that I will find a spouse?

No. We offer intentional matchmaking and relationship preparation, but we cannot guarantee any relationship outcome including marriage.
