This brief video call is required for anyone entering the FavourFound database, including matchmaking candidates, coaching clients, and charity participants. During this call, you will be asked to present a valid government-issued ID to confirm your identity. This step helps maintain safety, integrity, and trust within the FavourFound community.
N.B. Please have your ID ready at the time of your call.
A valid government-issued ID is required.
Video must be turned on for the duration of the call.
Please join on time. If you do not join within the first 5 minutes, the appointment will be marked as missed and must be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance as a courtesy.
